How to use the free online calculator
Use the same Home tab logic as Quotelixa in your browser to test one line quickly. When the quote needs customer view, internal review, comparison, and negotiation support, move into Quotelixa Pro below.
- Use Settings for currency, VAT or tax wording, VAT on/off, rate, and entry mode (ex or inc). Set green / amber bands and min sell if you want clearer guardrails.
- Enter one line: quantity, cost, list, and sell per unit. This tool mirrors the Quotelixa Home tab for a single line only.
- Shape customer discount with % or money off list, then read profit, margin, markup, and revenue in Results. Edit on a row or discount to target an output and solve for sell or quantity.
- Use Details for the full line readout: effective sell, VAT on revenue and cost, net VAT payable, line cost, and below min when a floor applies.
