The ongoing value is intended to come from keeping the picture useful over time. These hosted capabilities are part of the planned commercial service and are not live today.

Clear boundaries matter while the product is still being built.
Is Resilixa cybersecurity software?
Not in the traditional sense. Resilixa is being built to help an SME owner understand and manage the resilience of the digital systems the business depends on. It does not replace endpoint protection, firewalls, managed IT or specialist cyber services.
Does Resilixa guarantee that my business is secure or resilient?
No. It is intended to improve visibility, evidence, decisions and follow-up. It cannot guarantee that failures, incidents or data loss will never happen.
What happens if my laptop fails?
The commercial hosted version is being designed so the Resilixa workspace will not depend on one laptop or browser. Hosted storage, backup and recovery, and customer-controlled portable backup are product requirements, but they remain planned capabilities until released and validated.
Can I keep my own copy of my information?
Yes, that is a product requirement for the planned service. Resilixa is intended to provide a complete customer-downloadable backup of your Resilixa information, plus practical Excel-compatible and management outputs. These capabilities are not live today and remain subject to release and validation.
What does £4.99 a month actually pay for?
The intended commercial service includes the product itself, ongoing maintenance and updates, secure hosted operation, backup and recovery of the Resilixa service, reporting, and the workflows that help an owner see what deserves attention. You can pay £4.99 monthly or £59.88 annually per SME workspace. It does not buy unlimited IT consultancy or managed support.
Does £4.99 include Intelixa managing my IT?
No. Resilixa is being designed as a low-administration self-service product. Customers joining during early access may receive additional help while Intelixa learns from early use, but the subscription is not unlimited consultancy or managed IT.
What does early access mean?
Early access is available to the first 50 paying SME workspaces. The early access price is £4.99/month or £59.88/year per SME workspace and is protected for 12 months from activation. Registering interest does not reserve a place or commit you to buy.
Is Resilixa available now?
Not yet. The commercial hosted service is in development. Registering interest means Intelixa can tell you when early access is ready. It does not reserve a place or commit you to buy.
My IT company already keeps some of this information. Why would I need Resilixa?
An IT provider can remain an important source of technical support and evidence. Resilixa is intended to give the business owner a simple view of dependencies, evidence, resilience concerns, decisions and review needs. It is not intended to replace your IT provider.
